Are you looking to kick-start your HR career with hands-on experience this Summer? As a Human Resources Summer Intern, you will assist with onboarding new employees, support HR compliance, and contribute to a variety of HR initiatives. You will build strong professional communication skills while gaining a deep understanding of Human Resources in a real-world environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, including training scheduling, travel coordination, and HRIS (Paylocity) tasks
- Support HR compliance activities, including audits and documentation
- Maintain HR systems and tools, including Paylocity and TalentLMS
- Provide administrative support for weekly HR initiatives
- Update and maintain HR tracking and reports
Requirements
- Upperclassman or recent graduate pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resource (or a related field)
- Minium GPA of 3.4
- Ability to work 30 hours per week during the Summer internship
- Foundational knowledge of HR best practices and compliance, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and collaborate effectively
- Self‑starter who can work independently, learn new technologies (HRIS, LMS, etc.), and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation
Compensation is based on experience, industry and location standards.
- $20-$25 per hour
