Title21 Health Solutions, a leading provider of Health and Life Science data management solutions, is seeking a Report Developer II at its Phoenix, AZ location. The Report Developer is responsible for developing reports for Manufacturing Execution (MES) and Enterprise Quality Management Systems (EQMS) in the health and life science domains. These domains include Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT), immunotherapy, and regenerative medicine spaces in the context of biologic-drug development, cGMP manufacturing, and clinical/healthcare processing and delivery.
Report Developer Candidate Background
This position seeks an experienced professional with technical expertise in developing complex static and interactive reports in support of software implementations and analytics.
Responsibilities
Create, implement and maintain Crystal Reports for Title21 projects for both internal and external customers, on-time and within budgets.Required Experience
5-8 years’ relevant work experience working with Crystal Reports Developer version XI up to current version. Minimum 3 years professional experience working with SQL Server (SSMS) in support of data reporting and analytics. 3-5 years’ experience interacting and working with internal and external customers in the report development process. 2-4 years professional experience with scripting or development languages (SAS, R, Python, VBA, PowerShell, etc.)Requirements
Desirable Experience
Professional experience with other Analytics and Reporting Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, Cognos, Logi Analytics, etc. Experience in the Health and Life Science domains, and regulatory environments, is highly desirable. Experience training internal and external customers in using Crystal Reports Developer.Minimum Required Skill Set
Highly skilled in using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, formulas, etc. Strong technical skills and familiarity with software technology. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to work as both a team member and as an individual contributor. Excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal, public speaking, and written communication skills. Ability to effectively document results.Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, concise instructions, communicates difficult concepts simply and effectively, and
