Ticketing Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Overview

Assistant will report to the Manager of Tickets and Fan Development and the ticket office staff to generate revenue via season, single game and group ticket sales for our six ticketed sports. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks related to the ticket office operations
• Working with ticket sales and will call assisting customers
• Serving as contributing member of the external operations team
• Assist in generation of season ticket revenue
• Sales of single game and group tickets for six ticketed sports
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organizational skills; ability to multi-task/manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, strategic-thinking skills; willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills along with strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously, collaboratively and within a team structure.
• Proficiency in office software systems such as: MS Word, Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail
