Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, this role partners closely with leadership and corporate enablement functions to design and implement people strategies that are scalable, repeatable and high-impact that balance business outcomes, risk mitigation,&nbsp; the employee experience and align with business growth goals.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are seeking a collaborative, team oriented and results focused HRBP to align talent initiatives with business needs and objectives. The right candidate for this role will be comfortable and successful operating in a fast-paced, private equity backed, high-build environment that is focused on rapid growth.
