The successful candidate will thrive in an environment that is focused on growth and that offers significant opportunity for leadership development and career advancement.</span></span></p> </div> <div> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">As a Tax Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the following:</span></p> </div> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">Working closely with engagement managers and partners, you will be the primary lead on tax engagements, including scheduling, staffing, and completing returns; providing the first level of technical review; performing research on various technical matters and managing both internal and client deadline expectations.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">Develop and maintain client relationships and act as the primary client contact to proactively gather tax information, ensure that client emails/questions are responded to in a timely manner, and escalate questions/concerns to the engagement manager or partner.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">Coordinate with our Global Resource Team</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">Respond to IRS and state tax notices.</span></li> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">Supervise, train and mentor Tax Associates and Interns, including acting as a Project Manager to ensure that they can adequately prioritize and complete their assigned work.</span></li> </ul> <div> <p class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof"><u>Requirements:</u></span></p> </div> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_MsoNormal"><span class="x_elementtoproof">Bachelor’s
