IT Trainee Program (August 2023 Start)

***In order to be trained properly KCH will require 12-Week training in our HQ office in Chattanooga, TN.***

***We WILL provide living arrangements during the first 12-Week period of employment.***

KCH Transportation, a fast-growing logistics and supply chain company, is seeking an experienced IT Technician in four of our locations. As part of the IT team, you will provide technical support and maintenance for the company's computer systems and networks. Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users in person and remotely.
• Create and/or distribute reports through SQL SSR, Excel, and other reporting systems.
• Maintain content database for B2B website and inventory-based ERP system via Python (preferred), Excel or SQL.
• Assist in reaching and maintaining an acceptable level of hardware and software performance for all teams within KCH Transportation.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and network devices.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions to company systems and applications.
• Collaborate with team members and external vendors to upgrade and implement new technologies.
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed.

Requirements

• Must obtain a high school diploma or GED.
• No Information Technology degree or certification(s) required.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
