Project and Product Development Manager

We are looking for a Project and Product Development Manager for our Ancillaries Product Portfolio. This role is focused on driving our Ancillary Products to the next level by identifying new opportunities, managing the optimization of existing products or roll-out of new products as well as analyzing current performance and deriving actions. This position is available in Munich.

Your job - paint the world green

• You manage (sub-)projects for the expansion and optimization of ancillary services and oversee the entire process from conception (product definition, go-to-market strategies, etc.) to technical development and operational implementation.
• You are responsible for the continuous optimization of the existing product portfolio with regard to qualitative and quantitative performance criteria and support stakeholders from the group-wide network (including country organizations, customer services, marketing, and external agencies) with inquiries about our products.
• You define our product portfolio for expansions into new countries as well as M&A in cross-functional project teams and are strongly committed to the realization of our strategies
• You scan the market to identify new product ideas and prioritize promising concepts considering revenue potential, qualitative criteria, feasibility and complexity.
• You develop recommendations for strategic product decisions and present your results in various management committees.

Your profile - ready to hop on board

• Degree in business administration or similar
• You have professional experience as a performance manager, operations manager, business development manager, product manager or similar; experience in pricing, revenue management and/ or ancillaries is a plus
• You have a record of completed projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment that have delivered significant business value
• You are strongly driven, self-organized and highly reliable.
• You have strong analytical skills and make decisions based on data.
• You enjoy communicating and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• You like working in an international team and contributing to team development.
• You convince with initiative, a sense of responsibility and your positive spirit.
• You have high proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
• You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus.
