Senior Quality Engineer (with partial home office)

This position is based in Esztergom but you can work 1-2 days per week from home.

Job overview:

• guide the cross-functional project teams to drive topics like design and process FMEA, statistical data evaluation and bring APQP knowledge inside the organization
• plan and solve quality related matters and be the customer interface in quality topics during project phase
• create APQP deliverables according to automotive standards and support the project team in quality related questions
• be accountable for "0 incidents approach" to implement lessons learned in order to avoid customer complaints
   

What your background should look like:

• good knowledge of APQP according to AIAG
• good knowledge of PPAP/EMPB according to AIAG/VDA
• fluency in English and Hungarian

• be open for intercultural and diplomatic communication
• have ability to lead topics and to convince others
   

Optional experience and knowledge:

• ISO 9001/IATF 16949-2016/VDA 6.3
• statistical analysis, MSA & Capability studies
• FMEA methodology
• problem solving methodologies
• different production processes (assembly, molding etc.)
• certification for Six Sigma Belt
