Caregiver – Executive Home Care of Aurora

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance: Help clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene. 
• Homemaking Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, hydration, and maintaining a clean environment. 
• Mobility & Transfer Assistance: Assist with walking, transfers, wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts (training provided). 
• Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, errands, grocery shopping, and social activities. 
• Medication Reminders: Help clients stay on schedule with medications. 
• Exercise & Mobility Support: Encourage movement and assist with physical activity as needed. 
• Companionship: Build trusted relationships through conversation, emotional support, and presence. 
• Monitoring & Reporting: Observe changes in client condition and report concerns to supervisors or family members.

Requirements

• Must have a reliable vehicle 
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance 
• Ability to pass background and reference checks 
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds when needed 
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude 

Qualifications

• Caregiving, home care, CNA, or healthcare experience preferred
• No experience necessary, we provide training 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to remain calm and problem-solve in difficult situations 
• Passion for helping others 

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time 
• Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour 
• Expected Hours: 20–40 hours per week 
• Work Location: In Person
