Position: Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse

Location: Benton Franklin County

Type: Exempt

Anticipated Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm occasional evenings and weekends

Position Overview:

The Clinical Community Liaison Registered Nurse (RN) will develop, maintain, and grow community relationships to cultivate collaboration and partnerships with Tri Cities Chaplaincy in Benton and Franklin Counties, as well as surrounding communities. This includes hospitals, facilities, medical clinics, community organizations and any other referral source that is appropriate for hospice services.


Minimum Qualifications:

1. Current, unrestricted, Washington State license as a professional registered nurse.

2. Expertise in written and oral communication and EMR documentation.

3. Ability to quickly adapt to changing situations and respond accordingly.

4. Ability to provide hospice education to facility staff members, patients, and families.

5. Willingness to travel within the community.

6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 

7. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to independently drive within Tri-Cities Chaplaincy’s service areas to provide in-home patient and family services and support in clients' homes, facilities, and community locations.

8. This position is designated as Safety Sensitive. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen which includes cannabis testing in Washington State. 

9. Certification in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Basic Life Safety (BLS)

Compensation

Hiring Range: $78,371.90 – $116,688.00 annually

Salary Range: $78,371.90 - $145,947.36 annually


Note regarding the listed pay range:

Hiring Range: The starting pay range offered to new hires, depending on experience and qualifications.

Position Pay Range/Salary Range: The full pay range for this position, from minimum to maximum, based on role responsibilities and market rates.

At Tri-Cities Chaplaincy, we carefully establish pay ranges for our positions by taking various factors into account, including education, certifications, knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions. These ranges are tailored to match the diverse programs and services we offer. Our goal is to ensure fair compensation for candidates based on these factors while maintaining internal peer equity.

· Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile, for eligible positions.

· Vacation: Accrual of hours each pay period based on hours worked.
