Global Delivery Tax Oversight- Officer

Who we are looking for.

Responsible for tax compliance oversight on hedge funds and private equity investment partnership products. Manage tax clients relationships and experience with our CPA firm. Task include but not limited to managing client relationships and production calendars, responding to Information requests, answering complex tax questions and problem solving when issues arise, reviewing the deliverables and Ad hoc projects. Ideal candidate has a background in investment partnership tax field.

What you will be responsible for

As an Officer Level

• The role holder will be responsible for managing a team, which includes work allocation,
  prioritization, performance management and service delivery

• Risk management within corporate guidelines

• Training of staff around investment partnership tax complexities as SME

• Streamlining of processes

• Meeting of regulatory filing obligations

• Escalation of issues in timely manner

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. degree in accounting CPA preferred but not required

• Minimum 5 years of Investment Partnership tax experience.

• Knowledge of Investment securities tax treatment

• Experience around custody/accounting systems preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication ability

Salary Range:

$60,000 - $101,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
