Job Description:

The Senior IT Test / QA Analyst manages / leads a team of Testing / QA professionals in providing a broad range of test services and solutions, ensuring established standards are met and planned objectives are achieved.

Depth & Scope:

  • Manages testing team for smaller/less complex and less diverse function/project (e.g. one function, tier 3-5 projects)
  • Participates in the resolution of problems through leadership/coaching and the development of strategies for operational improvement
  • Thorough understanding of how to optimize test activities across projects in order to achieve optimum use of test resources and execution cycles
  • Coordinates and prioritizes multiple testing initiatives


Education & Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
  • 5+ years related experience

Preferred Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands on experience in writing test plans and end to end test planning.
  • 5+ years of direct knowledge in Agile and Jira test management framework.
  • 3+ years of hands on knowledge and good expertise in eTreasury platform.
  • 3+ years of direct experience with Tosca automation tool, preferably with AS1 and AS2 certifications.
  • 3+ years of direct experience working on Selenium, Java, Python is preferred
  • 3+ years of direct experience working on SQL, Data migration is preferred.
