Requirements

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team and provide exceptional maintenance support for two apartment communities, Townfair (265 units) and Waverly Gardens (147 units), locatedin Gresham and Portland, OR. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to showcase their expertise across multiple properties and ensure our residents enjoy a well-maintained and comfortable living environment. The position involves performing repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, as well as addressing work orders, conducting preventative maintenance to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. The Maintenance Technician will also assist with apartment turnovers, maintain the grounds and common areas, and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. 

To thrive in this role:

One plus year’s relevant experience, multi-family a plus, 100 or more units

Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair

Employees must provide own hand tools and be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment and measuring devices.

Superior customer service skills

Ability to work one weekend day per week with the capability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation

Have a valid drivers license
