The role:
- To assist the Talent Development UKIME Team in events coordination and training administration, including booking dates, liaising with external providers, venues, equipment and refreshments, notifying delegates, sending out joining instructions, producing materials, monitoring attendance and distributing feedback forms.
- Managing SAP, Dentons' Learning Management System.
- Providing data analysis connected with Talent Development Team training
- Liaising with internal/external auditors and Risk Team to ensure TD Team compliance.
- Supporting New Joiner Induction processes by assigning mandatory training and liaising with HR team on any system updates needed.
- Providing first line information on all TD related matters to Dentons staff in the UKIME region by managing communication in the TD mailbox to ensure prompt response to all queries or escalated as required.
- Processing all TD invoices to obtain appropriate authorization and reconciling the TD budget tracker against monthly financial reports.
- Working closely with the relevant UKIME team/s to ensure flawless delivery of all events.
- Collaborating with Digital Learning Specialists on best practice LMS system usage in terms of eLearning training.
- Providing support for digital platforms including 360 degree feedback process and psychometrics as required (e.g. MBTI, TrackSurveys, BeTalent).
- Promoting the work of the TD department by providing a professional service to internal/external clients.
- Work collaboratively as required with other regional and global teams, including Talent teams, HR Services, IT, Finance, Comms, Digital Learning Specialists etc.
- Assisting with updates to the TD department portal information in collaboration with the Comms Team and Talent Team members.
- Creating TD documents, brochures and supportive documentation with the use of internal AI system and in collaboration with the Brand Team.
- Moderating virtual meetings and training sessions.
- Providing administration support to the Talent Development Team as required.
- Reporting to Talent Development Senior Coordinator and cooperation with the Junior Talent Development Specialist.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- PC literate with an excellent working knowledge of Office 365, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (desirable).
- Experience of SAP Learning Management Systems or any other Learning Management System.
- Experience working in an HR/Learning and Development/Events department.
- Experience working within a law firm professional services or large Corporate organisation.
- Flair for systems with the technical systems knowledge.
- Knowledge of invoicing systems, project planners, video conferencing systems: MS Teams, Zoom.
