We are currently seeking an RN or LPN to join our growing team and serve residents in our Memory Care neighborhoods.
As an RN or LPN at Touchmark, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to distinguish yourself by taking the time to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members
Monday and Tuesday

8:00am to 4:30pm

and
Every 4th-5th Weekend

Responsibilities Include:
Ensure that quality care is delivered to each of our residents in assisted living by holding a team of caregivers accountable for providing person-centered care and following resident care policies and procedures
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth move-in experiences for each resident
• Working with the Life Enrichment team to coordinate a life enrichment plan for each resident based on remaining strengths, abilities, interests, skills, physician recommendations, social and restorative goals, and personal care requirements
• Assist with compliance with state regulations, safety regulations, and sanitation requirements
