Biomedical Engineering Intern
Experience the vital role of medical technology in patient care. You will support medical device operations throughout the hospital, analyze equipment data to enable predictive maintenance, contribute to innovation projects including AI chatbot development, and complete a capstone project demonstrating your impact. This hands-on role bridges engineering excellence with clinical practice, offering unique insights into how technology saves lives.

Skills Needed:
· Technical curiosity about medical devices and healthcare technology
· Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
· Detail-oriented approach to safety and documentation
· Proactive problem-solving abilities
· Interest in sustainability and healthcare innovation
· CAD experience or clinical exposure (preferred)


Clinical Systems & Process Improvement Intern
Support healthcare innovation by optimizing clinical technology and workflows across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will coordinate system implementations, analyze incidents, document workflows, build dashboards, and contribute to process improvements. Through hands-on experience with Epic, ServiceNow, and clinical applications, you will gain comprehensive exposure to how technology transforms patient care delivery.

Skills Needed:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Excellence in stakeholder communication and documentation
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
· Self-starter with ownership mindset
· Comfort working in clinical environments
· Eagerness to learn complex healthcare systems


Epic Systems Analyst Intern
Launch your healthcare IT career by gaining hands-on experience with one of the world's leading electronic health record systems. You will attend governance meetings, complete Epic maintenance requests, shadow on-call analysts, and contribute to active implementation projects. This comprehensive program provides real-world experience in healthcare IT operations, from system maintenance to incident management, preparing you for an entry-level position in healthcare technology.

Skills Needed:
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Attention to detail and organizational skills
· Ability to work in clinical environments
· Interest in healthcare information systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

A Brief Overview
The purpose of this job is to gain practical experience in health care operations and administration through contributions to department operations and initiatives.

What you will do

  • Assist with detailed data gathering for initiatives, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data from a variety of sources
  • Draft project deliverables that summarize key findings and propose solutions
  • Interface with clinicians, employees, and leaders to share results and gain input
  • Present findings and results to internal audiences
  • Other special projects and duties as assigned.


Education Qualifications

  • High School Graduate, at least 18 years old, and entering or returning to undergraduate studies at an accredited school in the fall
