Qualifications You'll Bring:

• A college degree or its equivalent is preferred.      
• 5+ years in manufacturing, with at least two years showcasing leadership prowess.
• Familiarity with packaging manufacturing  techniques 
• Proven experience in enhancing production efficiency and cost-cutting.
• Bilingual Brilliance: Fluent in English and Spanish, in speech and writing a plus.

• Recruit, interview, and onboard the cream of the production crop.
• Lead by example, fostering safety and operational efficiency.
• Seamlessly coordinate with departments, ensuring maximum productivity.
• Act as the go-to figure for equipment troubleshooting and process challenges.
• Regularly engage with your team, guiding them through shift meetings and training sessions.
