About the Role
As a T&C Data and Reporting Product Owner, you will act as a bridge between various data applications and the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) engineering team. This role involves supporting the T&C Data and Reporting team, ensuring integration and communication between key HR systems like SuccessFactors, SNOW, Qualtrics, and GCP. It requires knowledge of HR processes, leading requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, data conversion, testing, and defect management.
As an Enablement Function Product Owner, you will become a part of our team responsible for the end-to-end system support of our talent SuccessFactors Modules and extended T&C systems encompassing all of the HR Functions – from Core HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Reporting, Analytics and Experience Management.
Essential skills encompass knowledge of HR processes through the employee lifecycle, leading requirement discussions, performing fit-gap analysis, prototyping, configuring systems, converting data, testing, and defect management.

What will your day look like?

Deliver product functionality, including SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow Onboarding functionality, to enable HR strategy and ensure product performance meets key indicators.

Collaborate with Global Digital Employee Experience Leaders and Global Talent Management & Learning SMEs to support business process improvements and functionality enhancements.

Lead HR continuous improvement projects, including requirements, design, testing, implementation, training, and end-user support.

Manage implementation/upgrade schedules to minimize disruptions and maximize usage of new capabilities.

Develop and implement strategies for comprehensive product lifecycle management.

Engage with third-party contacts to establish, develop, and review product roadmaps and services available to ANZ.

Contribute to the long-term vision and strategy that defines the big HR problems and tie it to the product vision for SAP SuccessFactors and Service Now and other HR functional areas to define, recommend, prioritize, and implement solutions aligning with strategic goals.

Work closely with stakeholders and internal technology partners to architect technology solutions based on industry best practices needed to drive business alignment.

Collaborate with Business Product Owners to create technical user stories based on business-defined features that align with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow configuration and other supported HR Enablement solutions.

Provide technical support for enhancements to HR enablement solutions and regular SAP SuccessFactors releases by identifying impacts to the current configuration and coordinating any required testing to minimize the solution's adverse effects.

Recognize available options and select the appropriate course of action to continuously improve solutions and delivery processes with the highest business value.
