As a Workplace Experience Product Manager, you will shape the way people work and collaborate using Microsoft’s cloud-based productivity suite under direction and guidance from the Lead Product Manager. You will contribute to the end-to-end user experience process, from understanding the user needs and business objectives to designing and testing the solutions to delivering and evaluating the outcomes. You will also work with other product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the user experience vision is aligned with the product strategy and roadmap.

  • You have prior experience (5-8 years, minimum) in the development of technology strategies, roadmaps, and software deployments.

  • You are familiar with Microsoft 365 and generative AI technologies and know how to address user needs and requirements through vendor solutions.

  • You will be responsible and accountable for the enterprise collaboration product roadmap.

  • You can incorporate feedback from stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams to shape the product’s direction.

  • You have experience gathering user feedback to uncover pain-points, needs, and preferences.

  • You are highly analytical and passionate about deep product discovery, with experience leading lightweight, iterative experiments to validate, test, and learn, to ensure that we build the right experience.

  • You have an aptitude for collaborating with engineers, business partners, and external vendors.

  • You can build strong relationships and influence business leaders on strategic matters related to product development and design.

  • You are comfortable engaging with highly sophisticated internal stakeholders.

  • You can leverage data and insights to drive product roadmap and design enhancements.

  • You stay informed about the latest technology trends and research in enterprise collaboration technologies.

  • You understand and exhibit behavior in alignment with Agile principles, actively participating, engaging, and providing leadership in Scrum ceremonies.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
