Location: Remote Central or East Coast

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

The CD Operations Associate Manager reports to the CD Operations manager, on a team that serves as a backbone of the functionThis team will lead a team that is responsible for many important activities, including: 

  • Developing and Deploying training programs in support of the Ice Cream CD Strategy 

  • Leads onboarding efforts into the function 

  • This is especially critical as we bring on many new hires into the Ice Cream Company as we separate from Unilever at the end of 2025 

  • Leading industry relations efforts, inclusive of FMI and NFRA events 

  • Developing and deploying policies and procedures  

  • Developing, and managing compliance of Ice Creams logistics efficiency program & unsaleables program 

  • Managing third party (non-data) contracts and payments 

 

This role supports the department's activities, primarily in the areas of third-party payments; logistics program development analysis and adherence; unsaleables program development, analysis and adherence.  However, this person is expected to help out across other department initiatives. 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:  

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS    

  • Bachelors degree required 

  • EC preferred, but open to remote (east and central time zones)   

  • CPG experience required 

  • Clear communicator  

  • High Bias for Action
