About the role

Responsible for maintaining keeping the Mister "P" Express facilities and property that support all of our employees and business operations.

What you'll do

Maintain & repair minor HVAC issues
Maintain, monitor & repair Irrigation system
Maintain & repair elevator
Maintain & repair gate operation
Lighting-Ensure that all lighting systems are always fully functional
Repair small equipment (i.e., forklift, scissor lift, wash bot & pressure washer)
Ensure that all facilities grounds are trash free
Fuel island repair and maintenance
Light plumbing repair and maintenance
Overhead door repair
Run various cables for IT and other departments
Small interior/exterior painting
Repair & Patch drywall
Light remodel work
Procure appropriate repair techs when needed
Other duties as assigned by management
