As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to perform a variety of technician and pharmacist duties while in training to become proficient in general pharmacy practices, procedures, and etiquette. You will perform drug inventory and delivery services, as directed.

Schedule:  This per diem position will work "as needed," typically eight hours a month. 

Starting Pay: $15.00 to $19.88 per hour, based on experience.

About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday/Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.  

• Actively enrolled in an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Current Tennessee Pharmacy Intern License in good standing
• Detail oriented and a team player
• Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern in a hospital setting preferred 
• Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
• Effective communications skills; verbal and written 

Hospital Requirements:

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• Hep B3 Series (or declination) 
• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th  
• COVID Vaccine or approved exemption
