WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Personally drive sales by engaging customers and reading their needs
• Convert returns and promotions into larger purchases
• Bring energy and intention to every guest interaction
• Deliver fast, friendly checkout experiences at the POS
• Reinforce buying decisions and suggest add-ons
• Keep the cash wrap clean, organized, and inviting
• Capture guest emails to build loyalty
• Process, ticket, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Maintain organized back stock areas to brand standards
• Replenish merchandise and assist with markdowns or retickets
• Execute visual changes with speed and accuracy
• Adhere to brand standards and merchandising direction
• Complete daily and monthly cleaning checklists
• Maintain supplies and use appropriate cleaning materials
• Ensure the store always looks its best
