EquipmentShare is searching for a Shipping/Receiving Associate for the manufacturing facility in Moberly, Mo., to manage the shipping and receiving processes at this location.
EquipmentShare is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies. Collaborate and communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

Primary Responsibilities for a Shipping/Receiving Associate
- Pick, pack and process outgoing shipments in a proficient, safe and efficient manner
- Receive, inspect and process incoming shipments
- Be able to lift 30-60 pounds and work on your feet for a length of time
- Assemble, label, trim, cut and perform general maintenance work as needed
- Able to use scales, counting equipment and printers
- Perform data entry, processing and reporting with SAP B1 system
- Cycle count and inspect inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory levels of product and packaging material
- Organize and prioritize workload– working within tight deadlines
- Think creatively and suggest process improvements to management
- Prepare regular and periodic reports describing activity
- Follow internal health and safety standards
- Help co-workers and assist in meeting department objectives and preparing all shipments on time
- Complete other projects as assigned by management

Skills & Qualifications for a Shipping/Receiving Associate
- One year experience in shipping and receiving, a warehouse environment or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer skills– working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Basic math skills
- Good communication skills
