Job Summary
This position supports the FAA’s Voice Switch & Recording (VS&R) program by maintaining and updating program schedules using Primavera P6 Client, P6 Web, and the FAA’s Corporate Work Plan (CWP). We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented candidate eager to grow their expertise in scheduling large-scale, multi-billion-dollar federal programs. You’ll work closely with a highly experienced scheduling team in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This work directly supports the FAA’s mission to provide the safest, most efficient aerospace system in the world.
Years of Relevant Experience
The position requires 1–4 years of relevant experience supporting a Program Management Organization (PMO) or a similar program office in roles focused on process improvement, planning, data analysis, or scheduling.
Essential Job Functions

· Comfortable working with scheduling or data tools such as Primavera P6, P6 Web, Microsoft Project, or related tools, or eager to learn them, to support the development and maintenance of resource-loaded schedules.
· Develop schedule views, layouts, filters, and reports based on project manager input. Implement consistent planning, scheduling, and resource management processes to meet varying project sizes, scope, and needs.
· Identify, monitor, and status project control milestones.
· Develop what-if scenarios and identify schedule risks and the potential impact to the project's/portfolio’s objectives.
· Apply project scheduling fundamentals like critical path analysis and resource analysis.
· Develop and apply data analysis reports and present schedule performance information to stakeholders using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, or other business analysis and visualization tools
