ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Producer to oversee and manage the development, production, and completion of entertainment content. The Producer will coordinate all aspects of production—whether it's film, television, digital media, or live events—ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet artistic and business objectives.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

• Collaborate with writers, directors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and scripts.

• Secure rights, talent, and funding for projects.

• Create and pitch proposals to networks, studios, or investors.

• Assemble the production team .

• Develop production schedules and budgets.

• Manage daily operations on set or location.

• Work closely with post-production teams to ensure quality control.

• Coordinate marketing materials and distribution strategies.

YOU HAVE:

• Proven experience in producing content (TV, film, digital media, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of production processes and entertainment industry trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

• Network of industry contacts (talent agents, production companies, etc.).

• Creative mindset with business acumen
