In partnership with the Customer Success Leadership team, you will devise and maintain project estimations, plans, statements of work, and change requests, showcasing your strong command of both traditional and Agile project management approaches. Your project teams, composed of carefully selected talent, empower you to deliver exceptional value to our customers through cutting-edge solutions and high-quality assessments and consultancy

As a Project Manager, your outstanding coordination and communication skills play a vital role in fostering effective interactions among project stakeholders at various levels. Moreover, you will cultivate relationships with customers and partners, offering support and insights to clients as they implement their online applications using the Backbase Solution to its full potential.

Your proficiency in advanced spreadsheet tools empowers you to manage resources adeptly and make data-driven decisions. With multiple squads of engineers at your disposal, it is crucial that you are confident in addressing the technical aspects of projects.

If the situation asks for it, you will also be able to take an advisory role where you use your own knowledge and experience and Backbase’s best practices to advise partners and/or customers in driving Backbase implementation projects (partly) on their own. 

What about you?

• Relevant experience in IT implementation, technical project management, and a fusion of traditional and Agile methodologies;
• Strong expertise in Client Management, backed by a proven track record of effectively handling client relationships;
• Demonstrated skills in change and risk management, and dependency control;
• You have a great understanding of SDLC;
• You are fluent in English.
• You have experience in working in an international environment with remote teams.
