About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop project plan and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources 

  • Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit. Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software 

  • Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project 

  • Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates and prepare for release and deployment.  

  • Identify and resolve potential complications within the program and develop solutions for resolution 

  • Serve as the voice of our business usersEnsure that our user base can get the most possible value out of the processes and tools that we develop  

  • Achieve business process compliance and adoption by working directly with end users to understand their needs 

  • Strong educational background in an engineering, technical, and/or business field 

  • Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment 

  • Demonstrated ability to bring people together from a wide variety of organizations  

  • Very data drivenAble to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead 

  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are requiredMust be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders 

  • Must be comfortable presenting program status to management
