Senior Product Manager, Organ Health

As a key leader, the Sr. Digital Product Manager will focus on creating excellent patient and provider experience across all their touch points with Natera. This role is in Natera’s Organ Health business unit, and will be responsible for managing digital and operational experience for multiple products that help kidney, heart, and lung transplant patients and patients with chronic kidney disease. They will work extensively across multiple teams within Natera including clinical product, platform/technical product, marketing, sales, and support to drive the strategy and roadmap for capabilities and programs for our patient community and the physicians caring for them. Primary responsibilities
  • Drive product strategy, roadmapping, and requirements definition for multiple products in Natera’s Organ Health business unit
  • Deliver seamless experiences for our users - both patients and providers – by creating and optimizing products, tools, and processes in support of strategic priorities
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, focused on improving user experience, driving revenue, and operating at scale.
  • Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision making
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management; Healthtech/biotech/healthcare experience a plus
  • 1+ years of experience in business operations (e.g., identifying opportunities to streamline end-to-end workflows)
  • A knack for solving problems via tools and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills; proven ability to analyze large sets of data; strong in Excel/Sheets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building, stakeholder management, and cross functional team collaboration skills.
  • Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.New York$130,000—$195,000 USD
