Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

As the Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the hotel! You are the first point of contact for all guests, and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, a front desk agent is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Housing: May Be Available
  • Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.48 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time and Part Time
    • Morning, evenings, and occasionally overnights, holidays, and weekends 
  • Skill Level: Entry to Intermediate

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work face-to-face with customers
  • Check guests in and out
  • Answer phones
  • Handle all customer needs
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Help resolve discrepancies with guest bills
  • Expected to be cross-trained in Valet parking
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent– required. 
  • Basic computer skills with data entry experience – required.
  • Basic reading, spelling, and math skills – required. 
  • Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people – required. 
  • Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy and tact. – required. 
  • One year of customer service experience – preferred
  • Clean driving record and passing a Vail MVR – required. 

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.48. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
