About the role

Lead the Americas People Operations team; Partner to create simple and scalable HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

Manage team of Americas People Ops specialists and Coordinators
Oversee HR Service delivery requests in the Americas.
Work across the employee lifecycle to identify ways to innovate and scale current processes to ensure Cloudflare is creating simple, quality experiences for employees and has the infrastructure for continued growth
Using a combination of customer empathy and analytics, proactively identify opportunities for improvement to HR processes
Partner across People & Places, Payroll, Legal and IT to deliver HR functionality, acting as a bridge between the technical and non-technical teams.
Balances run the business requests with project deliverables and timelines
Design and implement a scalable support model to optimize the employee experience for a growing and distributed workforce.
Support expansion into new countries, operationalizing local employment regulations and ensuring compliance.
Design and execute on change management and communication principles to ensure successful implementation of program/process changes.

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

Experience with HR Systems: Workday (must have), Greenhouse and ADP (a plus)
Experience leading People Operations team, especially in Americas
HR Process Optimization, Operational Excellence.
Knowledge of employment laws
Previous experience with larger global company or in scaling a high growth company
Demonstrated Project Management skills

Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
