The C&amp;E team sits within the worldwide Legal organization and manages the Regulatory Compliance function for Copeland.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking a <b>Compliance &amp; Ethics Senior Analyst</b> who <span>will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compliance programs that align with our organizational goals. Your expertise will help maintain our integrity and uphold our commitment to ethical business practices.</span></p><p></p><p>If this sounds like an exciting job for you, we invite you to apply!</p><p></p><p>This job is based in <b>Cluj-Napoca, Romania.</b></p><p></p><p>We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of <b>working hybrid.</b><br/> </p><p><b>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</b></p><ul><li><p>Support the Vice President of Compliance and Ethics and the Director, Regulatory Compliance in their efforts to develop and implement an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Supply Chain and Ethics Compliance Program, as well as help efficiently craft, stabilize and coordinate program governance and controls.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the Administrator of the 3rd Party Due Diligence Solution, which is the compliance screening tool for Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption due diligence and monitoring, for third-party intermediaries of Copeland.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate related Compliance and Ethics projects and critical initiatives' implementation.</p></li><li><p>Help to drive ongoing auditing and monitoring activities as the need arises to ensure interpersonal compliance.</p></li><li><p>Update SharePoint repository, where all policies and procedures will be housed for Copeland.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>For This Role, You Will Need:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Legal/ Business Administration or related field AND Project Management experience.</li><li>Minimum 3 years professional experience in risk management, compliance, regulatory or other governance and control related roles.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li><li>Cross functional collaboration: work closely and build a positive relationship with multiple internal collaborators across the organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:</b></p><ul><li>A strategic mentality- crafting future capability by staying close to Copeland direction, emerging risks, and continually connecting this to Compliance and Ethics strategic direction.</li><li>Extensive experience working in global roles, managing collaborators, processes and working with teams across multiple time zones and cultures.</li><li>Good attention to detail, excellent judgement.</li><li>Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.</li><li>Success in leading large-scale and global business policies, procedures and/ or process development, process engineering, project management, consulting, or related operational functions required.</li><li>Ability to identify compliance, process, program gaps and work with collaborators and process/solution owners across global teams to enable to required change.</li><li>Good leadership and influencing skills</li><li>Seeks out latest mentorship and thinking from regulatory sources to craft future capabilities.</li><li>Supervise and collaborate on, facilitates and lands key monitoring processes; engages and leads training efforts across geographies.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Our Commitment to Our People</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span><span>Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition. </span><span>That’s</span><span> why everything we do is geared toward a sustainable future—for our generation and all those to come.
