Our analytic solutions bridge content, data, and analytics to help business, people, and society become stronger, more resilient, and sustainable.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul></ul><p><strong>What you'll do….</strong></p><p>As we continue to expand our international offices and footprint in Krakow, the <strong>Senior Recruiter</strong> will work within our Talent Acquisition CoE playing a key role in providing best in class talent to our Underwriting Solutions and Claims Solutions businesses and also to Verisk Coporate functions.</p><ul><li>You will partner with key stakeholders (BU leaders  &amp; HRBPs) providing a full cycle TA service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline and succession requirements. </li><li>You will be comfortable generating candidate slates sourced from passive and active pools and be able to effectively communicate the Verisk EVP. </li><li>Utilise the latest ATS &amp; CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.  </li><li>Act as a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk.</li><li>Support regional lead with delivery of global projects and presentation of data lead insights to regional and global leaders.</li><li>Support continuous process improvement activities.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who you are…. </strong></p><p>You are a senior in-house recruiter who has demonstrable experience leading the cradle to grave recruitment cycle and the provision of an exceptional candidate experience. You will be comfortable operating domestically &amp; internationally and be adapt at leading and/or collaborating as part of a virtual team, providing seamless stakeholder engagement.
