About the role
Senior Sales Finance Analyst is a key position in the finance organization supporting Sales Team and Leadership Team in respective geography for lead directand distributor markets. It provides high quality financial and non-financial support to facilitate timely decision making both in the short and longer term in areas of Pricing, Revenue Management. Fully responsible for all sales business partnering and managing sales finance team.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for Trade Investment
- Trade Investment reviews, customer pricing management, Bottomed / Floor pricing reviews & compliance.
- P&L and BS ownership, Support month-end and year-end close process for Sales, Managing MEC activities
- Supporting sales department on strategic and operational decision‐making
- Interpreting, explaining and advising on key business planning assumptions, trades off and opportunities
The experience we're looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in finance department
- Experience of financial reporting and management reporting, in relevant finance field is additional asset, FMCG industry experience preferred
- Proactive and results-driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Great communication and presentation skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Advanced excel skills and ability and attitude to work with financial systems
- Customer-centric mind-set with empathy to understand and interpret stakeholders’ needs
- Collaborative with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and engagement, experience of working in a complex, Matrix organization with a global scope preferred
