Your role
- Design and implement software across all system layers, including kernel, memory management, security, and I/O systems.
- Develop efficient drivers and services for constrained environments, ensuring low-latency, high-bandwidth data delivery.
- Lead hardware bring-up, silicon integration, and optimize power and performance while debugging complex system-level issues.
- Analyze, profile, and optimize performance across the entire software stack, including firmware for diverse devices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RTOS/bare-metal solutions, power management, and virtual platform models.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years software development experience including 5+ years in embedded systems.
- Experience in large-scale C/C++ code base
- Demonstrated experience working across disciplines to drive optimal solutions
- Experience with RTOS and C++ Test Frameworks
Your Preferred Qualifications
- Strong experience in software design and programming in C/C++ (C++ Focus) or Python for development, debugging, testing and system integration
- Solid understanding of hardware and how embedded systems functionality
- Experience on development and release of software APIs to orchestrate frameworks stimuli input and output capture
- Knowledge of the silicon development cycle
Hands-on experience with peripherals such as UART, SPI, CSI-2, i2c, GPIO, and USB, as well as FPGA and hardware evaluation boards.
- Knowledge of the silicon development cycle and system-level integration processes.
Proven ability to develop and release software APIs for input/output orchestration and framework integration.
