Senior Fullstack Engineer

<b>About the Role</b><br/><span>We’re looking for a product-minded Fullstack Engineer to join our Growth R&amp;D team. This is a high-impact engineering role focused on building web-based tools, experiments, and internal automations that power scalable user acquisition and engagement strategies.</span><br/><span>You’ll work side-by-side with our Head of Growth to create, test, and iterate on product-led growth initiatives — from standalone tools (like Typing Speed Test or AI Email Generator) to data-driven content engines, automation frameworks, and internal growth infrastructure.</span><br/><span>The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack (React + </span><a href="http://Node.js/Fastify)" rel="noopener noreferrer">Node.js/Fastify)</a><span>, thrives in fast-paced, experimental environments, and is excited about building things that go live quickly and are seen by millions of users.</span><br/><span>This is not a feature factory — we build things that </span><b>grow</b><span>.</span> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Build and scale fast, high-performance web applications and microtools</li><li>Design and implement backend APIs and data pipelines using Node.js and Fastify</li><li>Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources to power new products</li><li>Maintain and evolve existing tools and platforms with a focus on performance and SEO</li><li>Participate in growth experiments, prototyping, and rapid iteration cycles</li><li>Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across projects</li><li>Own the end-to-end delivery — from concept to deployment</li></ul> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience building production-grade fullstack applications</li><li>Solid knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, and <a href="http://Node.js" rel="noopener noreferrer">Node.js</a></li><li>Experience with backend development (REST APIs, Fastify, or Express, async workflows)</li><li>A product-focused mindset: you care about impact, not just code</li><li>Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative engineering</li><li>Strong understanding of web performance, SEO fundamentals, and data flow</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and iterate quickly based on feedback and metrics</li><li>Bonus: experience working on tools, automations, or SEO-driven platforms</li></ul><span>This role is perfect for a builder — a creative engineer who loves turning raw ideas into polished, working products.
