JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Ambulatory Care LPN Lead is an integral part of the care team and a key contributor to delivering high quality care that is compassionate, consistent and reliable for our patients, families and the practices within a specialty practice. The incumbent is involved in direct patient care under the direction of a provider, provides technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and wellness and performs clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families according to knowledge, ability, and assigned duties. The Ambulatory Care LPN Lead may give functional guidance to LPN/CCA staff and clerical support staff.
EDUCATION:
Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required. CPR certification required within the first six months from hire.
EXPERIENCE:
One to two years’ experience in relevant health care setting or training program desired. Proven customer service experience required.
