Ready to be the rockstar who keeps our cage operations running smoothly? Join our dynamic team as you lead exciting cage operations in full compliance with Internal Controls and state gaming regulations!

• Be the maestro of all cage operations during your shift, orchestrating a seamless experience!
• Guide and inspire your awesome team of casino cage personnel while bringing out their best through training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Be our compliance superhero by reviewing documents and transactions to ensure we're always playing by the rules.
• Master our high-tech computer systems to manage credit information like a pro.
• Create magical moments for our customers with friendly, accurate, and swift service while being the ultimate problem-solver for any concerns.
• Channel your inner detective to audit and verify transactions with the casino games department, tracking down any mysteries in cage variances.
• Be the guardian of smart decisions for check cashing and credit issuance within our established policies.
• Rock the communication scene with managers, team members, other departments, and our valued customers.
• Keep the action flowing by maintaining and filling the NRT machines on our exciting casino floor.
• Jump into other exciting challenges as they come up - because every day brings new adventures!

Qualifications

Ready to level up? Here's what you need to join our awesome team:

• You've unlocked the 21+ achievement (that's our age requirement!)
• You're a cage operations pro with at least 1 year of Shift Supervisor experience under your belt
• Your communication skills are legendary - both in chat and IRL (that's verbal and written for the formal folks!)
• You're a natural leader who can inspire and motivate others to reach the high score (we mean results!)
• You're ready to collect all the necessary power-ups (gaming certifications and licenses) required by local regulations
