About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible candidate that will support our Ecommerce operation with fulfilment and customer service-related activities.

You will be responsible for:

• Picking orders daily in Stock room and ensuring they are fulfilled in the time frame indicated.
• Manage Shipping process for all orders including organising of collections.
• Follow all stock procedures and update the Gamma system daily to reflect correct levels
• Place stock orders from Retail team when required.
• Process Sales transactions for all orders daily.
• Manage click and collect orders including collection points.
• Use Sales trackers to identify all sales processed.
• Manage all refunds, exchanges, customer queries and all related activities for Online Stores and Retail Store.
• Identify and fulfil any Corporate orders and process payments in relation to these orders.
• Respond to all customer service emails.
• Process orders & transactions over the phone.
• Dealing with any customer complaints via email in a timely manner exceeding the customer's expectations.
• Brand store: Occasionally there will be a need to cover our on-site employee Brand Store (selling Diageo Alcohol products). This would involve day to day operations in Store in relation to customer service and standards and resolving all customer service issues in Store and on the phone.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Must be available to work a varying shift pattern weekly Mon-Sun and bank holidays.
• Is imaginative in finding solutions to exceed our visitor's expectations.
