What we are looking for

Amplifon is seeking a proactive and talented Global Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation Manager to drive operational excellence across our supplier network and our global supply chain. This role will lead key functional initiatives, optimize end-to-end processes, and support the standardization and transformation of procurement and supply chain activities across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply chain processes.

  • Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization.

  • Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply chain activities across regions and business units.

  • Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related).
  • 6-10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations.
  • Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage information for decision-making and process improvement.
  • Excellent ability to connect information, insights, and relationships across teams and functions.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good stakeholder management skills, strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
