Position Summary...

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Director, Security to lead our threat management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive security initiatives that protect our organization's people, assets, and reputation.

What you'll do...

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies that align with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across all areas of the organization.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing threat management team.

  • Policy Development: Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Incident Response: Oversee the response to security incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes.

  • Technology Implementation: Evaluate and implement advanced security technologies and systems.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • In-depth knowledge of behavioral assessment protocols and best practices

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CTM are highly desirable.
