The role:

As a Backend Engineer at Legora you will build, review and ship amazing products helping legal professionals all over the world in their day-to-day job. You’ll get the chance to work across the entire tech stack with clear ownership and autonomy.

What you will be doing:

• Architect and implement features for our web platform

• Take ownership of our codebase, balancing high-quality code, security and speed of development

• Work with technologies such as Node.js, Python, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS, Azure and Kubernetes

• Review code and mentor junior colleagues to support them in their development, making the team even better! 

• Drive continuous improvement and challenge us, the industry and yourself 

Who you are:

• A passionate engineer with several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies

• You feel comfortable working across the entire tech stack, with focus on backend development

• You’re autonomous and take pride in the code you write

• You’re a problem solver who’s not afraid to come up with creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture

• Experience in infrastructure and integrations are a big plus
