Job Description & Responsibilities:

The candidate will join Blackstone Infrastructure’s Product Specialist team in New York. This team is responsible for product development, the creation and maintenance of all marketing materials and investor communications for Blackstone’s Infrastructure equity funds. The Candidate will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skillsets and will spend significant time with members of the firm’s infrastructure group across the US and Europe, including the investment, ICS client coverage, portfolio operations & asset management, legal & compliance, and finance teams.

The main areas of responsibility for the role include:

• Marketing Materials & Investor Communications: Work collaboratively with business leaders and various teams within Blackstone Infrastructure to drive content creation and create and maintain presentation materials, investor reporting, and other investor communications (e.g., webinars, video content, investor conferences, and other investor memoranda)
• Investor Due Diligence: Respond to investor queries and complete due diligence questionnaires
• New Product Launches: Contribute to business development initiatives and assist with strategic planning for new fund launches (including co-investments), production of presentation materials, private placement memoranda, and handling investor due diligence
• Competitor Analysis: Define and document the competitive landscape, including investment mandates, terms, performance, reporting, and investor base, informing product development
• Support Fundraising Team and Senior Leadership: Produce talking points, ad hoc presentations, and strategic projects
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Blackstone Infrastructure products, including their investment objectives and performance characteristics
• Project Management: Manage the content workflow through a full review process of stakeholders inside and outside the BIP ICS team. External stakeholders include but are not limited to ICS client coverage teams, business unit subject-matter experts, legal & compliance, public affairs. Ensure on-time, to-specification delivery of projects with a strong ownership mindset
• Team Player: Contribute to collegial teamwork environment. Responsible for day-to-day management, training and mentorship of product specialist team members
