Job Summary
The Regional Oncology Account Manager (ROAM) is within a defined geography. The ROAM will be the singular point of contact dedicated to evaluating and representing the needs of the customer, aligning the necessary solutions and resources, and delivering unparalleled value and an unmatched customer experience. The ROAM is strategic, results-oriented, and a forward thinking team member with a continuous desire to meet and exceed customer expectations. The Regional Oncology Account Manager should be a subject matter expert with PatientPoint’s core products and solutions and have a deep market knowledge in the oncology marketplace.
What You Will Do
- Responsible for the growth of PatientPoint products and solutions (revenues) within assigned regional oncology accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with account leadership and stakeholders while serving as the primary point of contact for all account needs within assigned geography.
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of customer goals and objectives for patient/provider engagement and education and work to proactively implement strategies and tactics to support these priorities.
- Regularly conduct onsite account visits to deliver and execute product optimization and inoculation, continuous needs assessment, practice/network customizations, product feature and functionality training, network health assessments, etc.
- Develop and execute effective strategies with key account personnel and stakeholders to support increased awareness and product engagement with core solutions.
- Deliver cross-functional coordination and execution of account-level and practice network initiatives across PatientPoint platform.
- Meet with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to regularly assess, define, and clarify key quality objectives, oncology campaigns/initiatives, specialty content needs, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with direct leadership and oncology business unit colleagues to develop tailored quarterly account plan for execution
- Responsible for keeping market contacts informed of corporate initiatives surrounding PatientPoint programs. Proactively monitor the quality of PatientPoint service, analyze utilization metrics, build connectivity reports, review survey results, and communicate result both internally and externally.
- Create and deliver monthly reporting, informing customer of campaign successes and making recommendations for further optimization.
- Accountable for seeking resolution to account escalations by analyzing the issue, conducting a retrospective for each event and bridging gaps in processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for referrals and testimonials
What We Need
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Commitment to an Exceptional Level of account management and customer satisfaction
- Consistent and documented sales performance and account management in previous roles
- Demonstrated success developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing and analytics strategies.
- Track record of customer retention and growth in past positions.
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail and willingness to work outside the role as needed
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
