AdvisaCare is seeking top of the line Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurses in the Ithaca, MI and surrounding areas. With dedication and hard work, we deliver Skilled and Private Duty care in various settings for a diverse patient group. Our staff are committed to providing professional care to each of our patients ensuring their lives are enhanced by our involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records, complete necessary paperwork, and perform patient assessments
• Ability to work independently
• Participate in training and transitioning of the patient from a facility to the home setting.
• Comply with all policies and standards of safety and infection control.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a courteous and customer-focused manner in accordance with AdvisaCares standards of practice.

Requirements

• Current MI Nursing License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
