The scope of this job includes actively optimizing database architecture, promoting data integrity principals across the organization, and developing intelligence, ad-hoc queries, and reports that impact business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced interactive visualizations using business intelligence and analytics tools to effectively communicate insights and increase the ability of stakeholders to self-serve.
  • Analyze data to identify insights, trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, communicate those findings to business stakeholders, and collaborate on a resolution.
  • Enhance data model with additional data sets and functionality based on business needs, lead efforts in auditing datasets to monitor and address data quality challenges, and use findings to implement preventative measures.
  • Develop standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines.
  • Define and document business requirements for enterprise application enhancement requests to support new business processes and partner with the enterprise application administrator team to bring enhancements to fruition.
  • Meet with stakeholders to identify problem areas and business intelligence needs within assigned business area, use business acumen to make informed recommendations for measurement, and partner cross-functionally to develop reporting requirements that meet the needs of the business.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
