We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Executive Director of Physician Relations to lead our physician outreach and referral development efforts here at UAMS. Reporting directly to the Chancellor, this executive-level position is pivotal in driving revenue growth by strengthening relationships with community physicians, specialty practices, and clinics. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, a deep understanding of healthcare operations, and a proven ability to act as a dynamic ambassador for the organization.

The Executive Director of Physician Relations serves as a senior leader, responsible for enhancing relationships with external providers and promoting UAMS as the preferred partner for patient care. This role focuses on increasing referral volumes, driving business development, and ensuring seamless care coordination across the provider network.
