Our modern office space is a people oriented working environment with flat hierarchies.</p> <p> <strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will develop robust, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership, and identify opportunities to improve the Warehousing (FC) performance. You’ll command a strong senior presence, and build a team of high performing Operations Managers.</li> <li>Partner closely with a variety of groups company-wide, including transportation, data integration, warehousing, inventory planning, engineering and others to coordinate cross functional projects.</li> <li>Monitor and drive key service level metrics for fulfillment to ensure that we are providing excellent customer experience and delivering on our promise.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and technology which make our teams more efficient and effective.</li> <li>Formulate and execute plans to continuously improve our operations and inventory availability.</li> <li>Support operational strategy and innovation to drive business goals for revenue, operational performance, and profitability.</li> <li>You’ll manage, coach, and develop a team of Operations Managers to deliver on our customer promises and productivity targets whilst maintaining a safe environment for our teams.</li> <li>Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow through.</li> <li>You’ll establish sound process improvement initiatives that drive year over year improvement, as well as streamline and optimize day-to-day operations.</li> <li>Regularly communicate performance trends and improvements to senior management and leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in English and basic German understanding </li> <li>A Bachelor’s Degree or a strong degree of operational experience in a similar role.</li> <li>Significant e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or management consulting experience.</li> <li>Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan. Able to effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. </li> <li>Able to hit the ground running – a confident, entrepreneurial self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize projects and to delegate tasks appropriately.</li> <li>Experience of leading operational teams to deliver improved productivity and of formulating and executing plans to deliver inventory accuracy in a warehousing environment.</li> <li>Demonstrated senior presence, recognized as an effective manager. Adept at communicating up and down and at pivoting approach depending on the audience’s needs.
