Description

Participate and support vehicle project management team. Support activity planning and steering of quality management. Assist with the preparation of recurring reports and other back-office duties.

 

Assigned Duties.

• Support project leaders and steerers on following activities:
• IPQ / DCT / IQI / PQM KPI reporting
• Organization of supplier / QMT / project meetings
• Process document updates and reporting
• Plant, purchasing and supplier meetings
• Generate protocols of project and quality meetings
• Update and track project report   
• Quality control and sorting actions
• Optimize internal project management processes and tools
• Update & maintain group intranet and confluence site

 

Qualifications

• Technical degree student preferred (ME, IE, Supply Chain or related)
• Problem solving
• Quality and project management
• Analytical
• Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
• Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Able to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week)
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCIPT.
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
• THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (January 13th – May 16th 2025)
