A. Job Responsibilities:
1. To take main responsibility in monitoring & controlling Property Management (PM) projects in Central & South provinces, including office's establishment, renovation, refurbishment, reinstatement following local Governance Regulation/ Group Property/PVA related policies and standard in Constructions, Project
Management and Health & Safety Environment and ensure on-time completion to meet company operation expectation.
2. To support Line Manager in developing and monitoring the implementation plan at nationwide facility offices - especially HCMC critical offices.
3. To be accountability the annual office maintenance budget and coordinate with PM nationwide members to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance activities at nationwide offices in terms of cost control & Group Sustainability standard compliance.
4. To lead the PM HCM team members requires a proactive approach when it comes to receiving information, planning, and responding promptly to Users' requests.
B. Scope of work:
1. PM Project Management & Technical Consulting in Central & South Provinces.
- To coordinate with Line Manager in planning PVA's PM Projects in line with Group Property Guidelines, emphasizing Sustainability and Energy Efficiency Program.
- To coordinate with PM Project team to provide and lead mechanical and electrical design or guidance for design, detailing, related regulations, and project implementation process.
- To coordinate with PM Project team to responsible for review project's scope of work from quotation to actual installation and hand over from vendors in the aspects of economics, technical and scheduling
2. PM Operation & Maintenance
- To coordinate with Line Manager and lead PM HCM team to implement plans and procedures covering all property management activities such as building facilities management, operation & maintenance, Health & Safety environment (HSE) & security related matter, landscaping, utilities...
3. Reporting & Process governance:
- To be accountability to provide periodic reports on all PM system performance and maintenance schedule & PM related reports.
- To develop an effective national BAU cost management plan that aligns with PVA orientation.
C. Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Building/Property Management or a related discipline (Civil/Electric/Architect).
- Extensive technical knowledge in Property Management, Health & Safety Environment.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in MNC.
- 3 years of experience in Property Management including office building operation and maintenance.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Self-motivation.
- High responsibility.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Good time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint & Excel). Knowledge of Autocad, PowerBI is an advantage.
- Good command of English in 4 skills (listen, speak, read, write).
- Having soft skills and experience in customer service such as tracking and managing internal customer requirements to build our culture.
- Able to communicate and work well in group, coordinating between departments. Ability to come up with creative ideas, make new changes to improve process and quality.
